2009-12-21Spoke with Liquidation CSVC Agent "henry" states that Package is missing Listing Agreement
Faxed Listing agreement during conversation. returned call to Henry's direct line.  Received VM
Returned call to Liquidation #. Received "Shannon" sending email to Henry for response. Shannon States that She is in Different dept and cannot assist Further.  Re called Liquidation Department received "Brandy" who sits a few seats down from Henry and was able to expeditie.   Henry returned Call, Verified with Management that" there is no sale date for this property"

2009-12-21 Called Trustee to further Verify, Executive Trustee Services corroborates GMAC's Report that the Foreclosure Sale has been Indefinitely Postponed and accounts for Recent posting to the file dated today.  Follow Up has Been Scheduled for 1/04/10
