PRE-MARKETED BANK OWNED HOME!!!

I am a Pretty Lucky Guy to get a hold of these opportunities, and Even more fortunate to be able to share. Most Bank Owned homes do not look this good. (i never show you the Ugly ones... I should Start though).  Right in the heart Gilbert is everything you need in a home, back yard, community and will probably (don't quote me) hit the market well below 190's.
